Any installation work we do for you is governed by the separate written agreement you sign at that time, and if the two ever conflict, that signed agreement controls.

Everything on this site is general information about indoor air quality and the equipment we install. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for talking to a qualified healthcare professional.

Do not use anything here to decide whether to seek care, delay care, or stop a treatment. If you have asthma, allergies, a respiratory condition, a compromised immune system, or any other health concern, speak to your doctor. We install air purification equipment; we are not medical practitioners and we do not treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

The free air quality assessment is exactly that — free, and with no obligation to buy anything. Booking one through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm.

Any figure, range, or estimate shown on this site or given during an assessment is an estimate, not a binding offer or a fixed price. Actual pricing, scope, and timing depend on your property and appear in a written quote. Assessment results describe conditions we measured at a particular moment; indoor air quality changes with weather, season, occupancy, and use.

Air Scrubber by Aerus, ActivePure, and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an authorized dealer and installer. We are not the manufacturer, we do not make the product, and we do not speak for the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties, certifications, and product claims come from the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

Any other third-party names or marks on this site belong to their owners, and appear for identification only. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement of us by them.

The text, layout, graphics, and code of this site belong to Pure Air Solutions LLC or our licensors. You may view, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy the site wholesale, republish it commercially, or use it to train a competing service offering without our written permission.

When using this site, please do not:

• Submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission
• Submit a phone number you are not authorized to give consent for
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site
• Use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages

This site links to third-party pages, including scientific journals and manufacturer resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both sides consent to that venue.

We may update these terms. The current version always appears here with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
